Securely place the items in their original REGALROSE boxes and use a protective outer mailer to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
Ship It Back
Print your generated returns label and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your postage receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
